DANCE SCULPT// a Re.Vibe signature class format. Combining beat driven, heart pumping, and non stop cardio + full body sculpting. All levels welcome for an easy to follow dance cardio sesh designed to boost your mood and bring play into your workout. Followed by intentional sculpting sequences using bodyweight, equipment-based exercises, and a strategic weekly rotating change of movements and music.

FREE VETERANS YOGA

FREE VETERANS YOGA// Join us for a 45 minute yoga class every Monday at 11am. Veterans Yoga Project teaches the 5 tools of mindful resilience (breath, guided rest, gratitude, mindful movement, and meditation to encourage post traumatic stress growth. Your instructor Jenn is a compassionate E-RYT500 teacher who also serves as the Midwest Regional Director for Veterans Yoga Project.

This barefoot mat workout is designed to sculpt defined muscles, without the bulk. You can count on high energy music to motivate you, strategic rotating muscle focused sequences to avoid burnout, and a stronger YOU than ever before.

SCULPT & STRETCH// a Re.Vibe signature class format. Core focused mat sculpt to warm up the body and release endorphins. Followed by total body recovery using various props designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, manage stress, and reduce muscle soreness.
